Carter was born Jeff Carter, but now goes with only one name; Carter, feeling that many famous and wealthy people made a history with only one name such as Madonna, Cher and Yanni (all of whom he'd make sweet sweet love to).
Raised just outside of Boston, MA a lovely town rich with history, that he promised to move far away from at the earliest possible moment (he's been quoted as saying "Cold f&#ing sucks and so does f&^%ing shoveling cold ass f#^&ing snow"). Carter has been doing radio since about 13 years old as a radio whore in Boston - then worked his way up to paid whore. As soon as he graduated high school, he packed up his sexy mini-van to take a position as production director and on-air DJ for a group of radio stations on Cape Cod. Making a dual living as a radio guy and rodeo clown in cities such as Cape Cod, MA a few years in Las Vegas - he trekked down south to Orlando where he's been since 2000, which makes him almost a native since only about 19 people over the age of 20 were born in Orlando.
Carter is OROCK 105.9's version of a Rat Pack member (no jeans, no T-shirts ... ever). You will see Carter in bars and clubs all around town (and those gambling boats ... he lived in Vegas - you can take the boy out of Vegas, you can't take the gambling addiction out of the boy) always sipping on a quality martini or vodka - rocks and olives (hell he does that at the mall, golfing, concerts, on-air etc ... do you see a pattern??). So, at going out an average of 5 nights per week, you'll run into him at some point ... say hey - he's drunk and fun!
